school is over. SCHOOL IS OVER!! it still hasn't hit me yet haha.
thursday graduation was a mix of all these emotions.. happy and sad. more happy than sad. but still sad haha. argh i miss everyone already, i don't think i'll be seeing anyone any time soon. i'm going to go out one more time this holiday - for formal shopping. oh my gosh i didn't realise how hard it was to find a good formal dress! BUT BACK TO GRADUATION.. i was pretty frustrated in the morning cos i thought the practise run was a waste of time and i had a billion things to do. by the time lunch came i was running around moving peoples bags and i missed our last performance rehearsal with the year 12 musos ):!
BUT YEAH.. after lunch it was crazy and so awesome. berni's piano performances -symphony no. 5- haha! mr hughes speech, bora & dean's speech, the performances, seeing some old faces which i haven't seen in ages. the after grad party was pretty cool, funny speeches, omgsh berni and my really awkward speech on behalf of the group - sorry we suck at writing speeches guys! hope you found the last minute speeching okay haha @o@! talking with a few teachers and students/ex-students.. it was really nice (:
our group planned to head off to the city and i asked my parents if i could go. they said no ): was pretty upset that i couldn't join my friends for one last awesome night until HSC but then again i'm kind of relieved i didn't go. we got back home, i sat on the sofa.. i feel asleep in 10 minutes haha! i woke up at 5 on thursday. my head was saying -omgomg jade you're graduating- a billion times over so i had to wake up and i had a shower early. mm it was a really crazy day.
friday i woke up at 6, to go to school! all these year 10 kids gave me weird stares as i rocked up at eastwood station in my jersey carrying a folder haha. i had to get a couple of forms signed, pick up my jacket i had left at school the day before aand tara had lost her phone so i went phone hunting. friday morning ended up being a very productive day! i ended up finding my jacket in no time, along with berni's music folder and tara's phone all in one go wooo! hmm seems like a lot of people had left behind clothing items by accident. i also saw 2 shirts, a skirt, a pair of short shorts and boots in the mpc.. and those boots were really nice.. o:
the teacher i was after came in really late so i just walked around and talked to a few teachers while i waited. miss shorter was soo happy to see year 12s pop in already (matina and myself) lolol. oh and actually pretty much ALLL the teachers were really happy to see us.. it was so weird.. they seem to like me more now that i've graduated -shrug-? instead of the usual good morning or nod, we were greeted with BIIG hellos and massive grins, so odd i swear. i also heard ms quinn use a few colourful words in her staff room as she didn't realise i was behind her haha! the looks on ms mcginn's face and the other sub's face was frgn hilarious when they realised i was right behind them AHAHHAA.
my plan was to be at school until 12. i thought the forms i had to finish would take a while to get signed off and approved but it only took me 30 minutes! :) i finished all my documents by 10.15 so i headed to a block to wait for yat and fi to finish talking to mr ramsey. after they were done, we headed to macq. we all grabbed lunch and then i made my way for the bus home. yat and fi headed to macq uni library to study.
the trop from macq to home only took 18 minutes - that includes a 12 minute walk from the m2 back to my place so yeah, that was really fast! O: i ate my lunch, changed out of my sweater to a cooler top, oh yeah.. friday was a really hot day! after i had changed everything i headed to towers for a couple job interviews and handed in more resumes.. i'm really hoping someone will take me in for a job! i really need the money now. i've been the biggest scab for the past 2 weeks so yes, i must thank my friends (yat, fi &berni!!!) who i've borrowed money off and taken ages to return! really appreciate it guys haha.
after the job interviews i walked around a bit, saw a really pretty pair of shoes T.T! bought dinner for the family, did a boost run for ray cos he was at the library lols, and i went to the post office to send off a few things yup. my mum came and picked me up at 5ish and then i went home. AND THAT WAS MY FRIDAY :)
saturday i had the usual, tutor in the morning. after tutor mummy picked me up, we headed to le maison - my parents favourite cafe, my dad goes there almost everyday haha. we met up with dad and my mum ordered this reaaallly nice chocolate cake omnomnomm, i forgot to take a picture :/!
after le maison we headed back home and i grabbed my bag cos mum, auntie lucy and i headed to paddington for formal shopping. my goodness it didn't hit me until yesterday how easy i had it in year 10. i still remember 2 years back when i told my mum that we had to go formal shopping. the next day as we were walking through castle towers we saw this pretty dress in the window of a new store at the time - forever new. mum liked it so i tried it on and it fit perfectly. my mum said it looked really good so $99 and 15 minutes later i had this awesome formal dress :D! we walked the whole stretch of paddington's oxford street looking at all the dress boutiques looking for a nice formal dress. and yes, we saw plenty of gorgeous dresses but they were either extreeeemely expensive (i picked one up and saw the $999 and i kind of did a small sigh and popped it back on the rack. i didn't notice at first but this woman next to me made this big smile in my direction haha T.T!) and if they weren't too expensive they just didn't suit my body/skin colour.
after walking all that stretch of oxford st we caught a taxi to bondi junction. it was a bad decision to go there. i walk in and i see french connection, then a nespresso store O:, fendi, and then LV.. and omgg chanel♥ the david jones store had $500+ dresses so i walked out straightaway. then i popped into myer. we found this dress. my mum LOVED it, i was a bit hmmm.. :/ tried to multimedia message yat to see what she thought but the messages failed to send lols. -fast forwarrrd- ended up getting frustrated in bondi cos we couldn't find anything there either. we ended up bussing it back to paddington. we went to this shoe store we passed earlier in the day and my mum bought a pair of shoes. we left paddington at around 6 and headed to eastwood for dinner.
we arrived in eastwood and met up with a friend of auntie lucy’s from hk. i honestly do not like korean bbq but we ended up going to korean bbq cos everyone wanted to go haha. and it was actually quite nice! after that we popped into homers for dessert ehehe x) we got home at 10ish. i showered and jumped into bed straightaway @.@!
today i've just been lazing around finishing off letters that i have to send off, working on an english essay i started yesterday.. oh i did a bit of cooking too. i also spent a lot of time on facebook as it'll definitely be my last time on it until HSC is over haha. oh ye and i'll be getting my dad to block blogger. i also put down orisinal on my block list too T.T i'll be uninstalling msn sometime this week and yeah, the only thing i'll have left will be my email. oh and on my email i'm subscribed to a million fashion sites and stores so i unsubscribed 90% of them. i'll resub after HSC.
and yes, it seems like i have to do a lot just to get my head down and study. i get distracted soooo easily. i'll do anything to get out of studying haha. my parents have given me something thats motivated me to work that extra bit harder this holidays. I'M GOIGN TO SINGAPORE AND SHANGHAI FOR CNY. BY MYSELF. YEAHH. so yesss they were planning on booking after i finish my exams to see my results but my relatives called saying they needed to know if i can go by today. my parents decided i could go so yeaah, i wna work hard so i won't disappoint. maan i really hope i get 90+ T.T seems impossible right now lol.
so yesss.. goodbye fellow bloggers, i'll see you in a little while. don't worry it'll all be over in a months time, it'll go by so quickly :)! after all of this we can partaay everydaaay! can't wait to catch up with all you guys and have some fun! oh and if anyone desperately needs to contact me (it has to be very important!!) i'll still have my email and phone. my phones capped so i won't be calling people anytime soon and my email.. well i get bored over it pretty fast haha. it's just for work applications and studying this holiday. ohoh but please do email or call if you could help me in jap, music or maths. especially maths argh.

oh yee i made french toast for the family yesterday! but we ran out of cream.. and i dno where my mum put the honey.. but yeah i guess it was alright, the rest of the family enjoyed it haha. we ran out of thick toast so i just used normal bread aw :/
